Do you offer free delivery?

We offer free shipping for all domestic orders.

What is your delivery timeline?

We’re getting your order to you as quickly as possible! While we’re taking extra safety precautions with packaging and delivery, we still aim to have it with you within 5-7 business days. Just a quick note—Saturdays, Sundays, and public holidays aren’t counted as business days.

How are orders placed on Duali delivered to me?

All online orders are shipped using our designated courier partners, such as BlueDart and others.

How can I get my order delivered faster?

You can get the courier delivered faster by opting for express shipping which will be additionally charged from you.

How do I track my order?

Registered Customer:

  1. Log on to our website with your registered email ID
  2. Click on your profile and go to My Orders
  3. Click on the Order Details section to get the information on the tracking company along with the tracking number and tracking link

Guest Users:

Where will the order be delivered

Orders will be delivered to the shipping address submitted at checkout.

Do you offer in-store pick-up for online orders?

Sorry! We don't have the facility of store pickups yet.

Payment

Why can't I see the COD option on my payment page?

Cash on Delivery is not available during our sale. We'll accept all online modes of payment

My money is debited but the order is not confirmed

In cases like this, your money is completely safe. Due to technical issues, the amount is debited but does not go through at the payment gateway. When this happens, the amount is usually credited to the customer’s account within 24 hours. In the unlikely event that this payment goes through, we will either process your order or refund the full amount to the source of payment.

What should I do if my payment fails?

In case you've received a payment failure message, try placing the order again. However, if your amount has been debited, please do not retry—chances are that we have received your order.

My card payment is declined

We would request you to check with your banking partner: there could be issues with your balance and/or card validity. You could also try clearing your cache and re-attempting with a different card or bank account.

Money is debited but I haven't received any confirmation?

Please write to us with your Email ID and the amount charged, at support@duali.in. We can check at the payment gateway and update you accordingly.

Can I pay with 2 different credit cards?

Unfortunately, we only accept one credit card per order. However, you could also add all the products you like to your cart, and then purchase them in two or more distinct orders, using different cards or forms of payment.

What are the accepted payment methods for domestic transactions during sale?

We accept the following modes of payment for domestic transactions:

  • Credit cards - Mastercard, Visa
  • Net Banking - All major banks
  • Debit Card - All major banks
  • Rupee Card

What if my card has been charged multiple times for the same order?

If your card has been debited multiple times at the payment gateway(s) while making a single purchase, write to us at support@duali.in along with screenshots of the transaction details, and we will resolve it for you.

Cancellations & Refunds

Can you cancel my order?

Unfortunately products are not eligible for cancellations.

Can I modify the shipping address of my order after it has been placed?

Yes, your shipping address can be modified within 12 hours of the placement of order by contacting at support@duali.in. No modification in the shipping address shall be entertained post 12 hours of the order placed.

Can I modify the products in my order after it has been placed?

Unfortunately, once an order is placed, we can't modify the products.

Can I return my product?

Returns are accepted only for damaged, defective, or incorrect products on a return request raised within 48 hours of delivery by emailing photos (and video if required) to support@duali.store. Returned products must be unused and in original packaging. Approved returns are eligible for store credit or replacement.
