Welcome to Duali! These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of www.duali.store ("Website") and any purchase made through it. By using our website, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please refrain from using our services.

  1. Eligibility

    • By using the Website, you confirm that you meet this requirement.
  2. Products & Pricing
    • All products are subject to availability.
    • We strive to display product images and descriptions as accurately as possible but cannot guarantee precise colour or finish due to screen variations.
    • Prices are listed in Indian Rupees and may change without prior notice.
    • Taxes are additional unless stated otherwise.
    • Our products are handmade so there might be minor variation from product to product.
  3. Orders & Payments
    • You agree to provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information when placing an order.
    • We may cancel or refuse orders at our sole discretion for reasons including suspicion of fraud, incorrect pricing, or unavailable stock.
    • Accepted payment methods include credit/debit cards, UPI, net banking, and wallets through secure gateways. We do not store any payment information.
  4. Shipping & Delivery
    • Orders are typically dispatched within 24–48 hours and delivered within 5–7 working days within India. For handmade products it may take longer.
    • For international orders, the customer is responsible for customs duties and taxes.
    • Delivery timelines are estimates and delays caused by third parties (e.g., couriers) are beyond our control.
    • Risk of loss transfers to you upon dispatch.
  5. Returns & Refunds
    • Returns are accepted only for damaged, defective, or incorrect products.
    • Raise a return request within 48 hours of delivery by emailing photos (and video if required) to support@duali.store.
    • Returned products must be unused and in original packaging.
    • Approved returns are eligible for store credit or replacement.
  6. Your Account
    • You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and password.
    • We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts found to be misused or involved in unlawful activity.
  7. Intellectual Property
    • All Website content, including images, text, logos, and designs, is owned or licensed by Duali and protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
    • You may not copy, reproduce, or use any content without our prior written consent.
