   • Requests must be submitted within 48 hours of delivery
   • Items must be unused, in original packaging, and accompanied by proof of purchase
2. Return Process:

     • Order number
     • Photos (and video if applicable) of the issue
   • Await approval confirmation from our team
   • We will arrange reverse pickup where available
3. Non-Returnable Items:
   • Custom or personalized orders
   • Items returned without original packaging
   • Products damaged due to misuse
